He was definitely still selling the basing kits and materials a month or 2 ago , though I too have had problems with his website and forum Perhaps he's in the process of an upgrade or something.

Secret Weapon Miniatures dot com has leaf scatter in various colors in their Basing Kits section, $10 US for about 60ml worth of material...not...inexpensive but on par with Skull Crafts.
